Vitaly came in wearing shoe covers, listened carefully to our concerns, and then inspected the refrigerator. We had experienced a major power outage, and shortly afterward the display board started malfunctioning. He determined that a replacement part was needed and ordered it promptly.After installing the new part, everything appeared to be working correctly until the next day. It turned out there was a secondary issue that had caused the display board to fail, and the power outage had only contributed to the problem. Vitaly returned and fixed the entire issue under warranty when I felt that he could have charged for the last visit.Throughout the process, he was friendly, professional, and made sure we clearly understood what was happening and what needed to be repaired. Vitaly and the crew at FUSE were great to work with. Mark at the office was also really polite and professional every time we spoke. They replaced our whole HVAC system (inside and outside units) and did a great job. They promptly answered all of our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. When the outside unit was initially delivered, it arrived damaged and they submitted a claim right away for a new unit and ended up upgrading us to a bigger unit at no additional cost. They are honest and hard working. I recommend them for your next project!

I had ac problems past three months. Two times ac brothers came and tried to fix it, but it only lasted for a month each time they came. First time they replaced inside Honeywell panel and it worked for a month. Second time they came and restarted the system, couldnt find the real problem saying if next time it happens again call us immediately. After another month it broke again, today Saturday. I called them, texted them, finally after a few hours they responded – We Are Closed Today.I found fuse service hvac just googling for such a service ASAP. Called them and scheduled the service same day! The Master came, spent pretty much the whole day and found the real problem, shortage between the outside unit and inside panel, running up and down the stairs to make sure he checked every wire and every connection inside and outside. Huge Thanks to you guys, you are the best! Saved my family on Mothers Day weekend. 100 stars service! Thank you again.

Mark was awesome. He diagnosed the issue and sadly would cost more to fix than just replace the dishwasher but at least I know my next step. Good run for a 15 year old dishwasher. Very happy with the service from Fuse. Will definitely use again if the need arises.
